Hemeralopia
Day blindness (hemeralopia) is a symptom in which vision is impaired in daytime (photopic conditions), whereas night vision (scotopic con- ditions) is preserved. The visual system consists of two components that are relatively independent of one another.
Hemeralopia is a word that originated in the 18th century, which means “day blindness” or visual defect characterised by the inability to see as clearly in bright light as in dim light.
Can day blindness be cured?
